Moses: God's friendship Chapter 6

It is obvious by now that Moses is my favorite for I have written so much and taken more space in here than the others. I have a lot to say but it really ends this way.

Moses the man of great faith, abandoned to die as a child, was loved by his people, had close fellowship with God, inspired God to let him write His heart to his people, and established the law of the covenant. He had parted the impossible passage of the Red Sea, he had asked God to do lots of wonders and physical manifestation in the sight of his chosen ones. He has exposed God in many ways as agreed to the Holy One YHWH of Israel, the God of heavens and earth.

He dedicated his life to its people and disciplined next-generation leaders to do the bidding of God. He led the chosen ones to inherit the Promised Land even if he could not be part of it anymore. He has abused God, his friendship is more than his soul can handle. So he sinned and God punished him. But still, Moses repented and felt sorry about it. God looked down upon him and like a child took him to his lap and wiped many of his tears.

God gave him mercy by letting him see the promised land. The land in which he worked hard so much and ate so much of his time on earth. The land where his descendants were promised to continue and live in peace with God.

What is it with God for this promised land? Why is it a life desire for both God and Moses and the future generations to come? What is it with this land? These tough questions but maybe a simple answer was... it is a promised land where God and his chosen ones can meet in one place, whatever you ask in need it shall be done in His name.

When God's friendship is assured, God will overdo it. God meets you exactly at this promised land and do whatever you ask Him if you have diligently followed what He has asked you to.
